We’re excited to be able to nominate a few of our wonderful writers for a Pushcart Prize this year. The Pushcart Prize: Best of the Small Presses (published every year since 1976) collects together the best essays, poetry, and fiction published in the small press.
This year we put forward:
“Sealife” by Clare Fuller
“There’s a Merman Living Under the Log Flume at Alton Towers” by Gaynor Jones
“Pugin Window” by Julia Deakin
“The Stonechat” by SJ Bradley
“Oblivion” by Alison Powell
All of these excellent pieces appear in our Alton Towers Residency Book – which you can still order a print copy of via Gumroad or from the Neon Books store. Best of luck to all the nominees!
